Preparing to arrive

Arrival day, step by step.

Arriving somewhere new takes courage. Here's exactly what happens on the day, what to bring, and who you'll meet, so nothing is a surprise.

01

Arrival day, hour by hour.

  1. Pick-up

A private car meets you at Gold Coast Airport for the drive to Reedy Creek.

  2. Welcome home

A cup of tea, a walk through the house, and time to settle into your room.

  3. Lunch

Meet the house over a meal from our chef. No pressure to talk.

  4. Your first session

An unhurried conversation with your counsellor about how you want the next weeks to go.

A sample arrival. Times are arranged around your flight.

02

What to pack

Comfortable, simple, and enough for about a week, since laundry is on site. Tick things off as you go. Your list stays on this device.
