Your safety comes first.

If anyone is in immediate danger, call 000. If you're having thoughts of suicide or self-harm, call Lifeline on 13 11 14, any time of day or night. You can also text 0477 131 114.

Sapphire is not a crisis or emergency service. When things are safer, we're here, and we'd be glad to talk.

A safe first step

Start with supervised detox.

Withdrawal can be dangerous, so it should be medically supervised. Sapphire doesn't provide detox on site. Talk to your GP, or call Adis on 1800 177 833 (24/7) to find a detox service near you.

Once detox is done, Sapphire can plan your admission so there's no gap between the two.
