For lawyers and legal teams
Priority admissions for bail and parole.
When a client's hearing or release date is close, we fast-track the assessment and, when a bed is free, the admission, with the documents the court needs to see.
GP, psychiatrist or case worker? Use the clinical referral.
For the court
A program a magistrate can rely on.
A small, structured live-in home, and paperwork that arrives when you need it, not the day after the hearing.
Letter of acceptance
Written confirmation of acceptance with a confirmed bed date, plus a treatment letter for the submission, setting out the program, supervision and reporting.
24/7 supervised program
A live-in home for up to six guests, with structured days, qualified addiction and mental health practitioners, and staff on site around the clock.
Progress and attendance reports
Written updates for the court, probation and parole, or legal representatives, with the client's consent. We can agree to notify the court or police of non-compliance where bail conditions require it.
Discharge and aftercare
A discharge summary and an aftercare plan on completion, with step-down to the Sapphire transition house.
From a court date to a life on the coast.
Bail is the start, not the goal. The path we build with your client leads somewhere worth staying for: clean, working, and living in the city they love.

From your call to admission.
- 1
Call or refer
Tell us about the client, the matter and the date you're working to. Priority referrals go straight to admissions.
- 2
Suitability assessment
We speak with the client, in custody or in the community, and recommend the right program. Priority referrals get an answer on suitability, usually within 2 business days.
- 3
Documents
You send the court order, bail or parole conditions and any reports. We send the letter of acceptance.
- 4
Admission
Once a bed is confirmed, we arrange induction and transport, and reporting starts.
Sapphire doesn't provide medical detox on site. If a client needs withdrawal management, we help arrange it before admission.
