Four ways to work with us, from a full live-in stay to support that fits around work and family. Every plan is individual. These figures are where most people start.
Prices from Sapphire’s current website. Program prices are + GST. Your written quote follows the assessment.

Included with live-in. Accommodation, all meals, individual and group therapy, holistic therapies, 24/7 on-site support and a written aftercare plan. Private pick-up from Gold Coast Airport can be arranged.
Not included. Medical detox, completed somewhere safe and supervised before admission. Also prescription medicines, external specialist appointments and personal expenses.
Fees and refunds. We don’t offer refunds if you change your mind or leave early. This doesn’t affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Your written quote sets out the fees and terms before you commit.
Step down gently
The Transition House
A separate, supported house on the water for the weeks after a residential stay. You keep your own routine, cook for yourself, and keep seeing your counsellor by telehealth or in person while you find your feet with work or study.

Mental health alongside addiction
Treat both, at the same time.
Anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and burnout are worked on in the same plan as alcohol, drugs or gambling, by the same team. Your psychiatrist and GP stay involved.
